The exterior has been enhanced by an additional 1,000 sq ft, now showcasing a luxurious 25m pool complete with a captivating water feature, a lavish jacuzzi, a sunken seating area for twelve within the pool, designer swings, and a custom pergola along with a BBQ area, all designed for sophisticated outdoor gatherings.

The villa's interior reflects modern luxury, featuring immaculate marble flooring and custom joinery wall elements that flow seamlessly throughout, contributing to an atmosphere of sophistication and timeless elegance. Furnished with Roche Bobois pieces, the residence exudes an added layer of refinement, complemented by advanced home automation systems, including 2024 Sonos speakers and high-end Samsung TVs.

Our kitchen installation partners, Townberry Interiors, renowned for their exceptional craftsmanship and innovative designs, have created a sophisticated ambiance, further enhanced by the integration of Miele appliances that align with the vision of upscale living.

On the upper level, Elev8 has reimagined the living space to include a spacious master bedroom featuring one of the most elegant walk-in wardrobes ever created, while the other two bedrooms have been expanded to match the master’s size.
